Who we are
In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KinPayroll Corporation, the company that operates KinPayroll and is responsible for the data described below.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email. As you use KinPayroll you provide information about the household you manage — the employer (your family member), their caregiver, pay rates, hours, and the tax details needed to produce payroll and tax documents. Caregiver Social Security numbers, when provided, are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and can be decrypted only by our servers to prepare tax forms.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the service: calculating payroll and withholdings, generating pay stubs and tax documents, and managing your subscription. We do not sell your data.
Service providers
We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Each household's data is isolated at the database row level.
Your choices
Request a copy or deletion of your data, or close your account, by emailing support@kinpayroll.com.
